Terms of Service — Orbit

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you ("User") and the Orbit team ("we", "us") for your use of the Orbit application on iOS and Android. By registering or signing in, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who Can Use Orbit
Orbit is intended for people 13 years of age or older. By using Orbit, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age at which you can agree to these Terms on your own where you live, please use Orbit with a parent or guardian's involvement.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use Orbit. This license does not include any right to modify, copy, distribute, or sell the app or any part of it.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Orbit only for its intended purpose and will not:
- Enter another person's data into the app without their consent
- Use the app to send spam, harass others, or engage in unlawful activity
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the service
- Use the app in a way that disrupts service for other users
- Share your account credentials or create accounts on behalf of others
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at orbit-journal.com/contact.
5. Health Disclaimer (Important)
Orbit is a wellness companion, not a medical or emergency service. It is not a medical device and is not certified by any healthcare regulatory body.
- Orbit is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition.
- The content and features in the app are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician, psychologist, or mental health professional.
- Orbit is a gentle space to reflect and care for yourself — not a clinical intervention.

6. Your Content
You own all content you create in Orbit. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We will not use your content for any other purpose. How we handle your content is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Orbit app, logo, "Sunny" character, design system, and codebase are the property of the Orbit team and are protected under Thai and international copyright law.
8. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Upon deletion, your data will be removed per the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Orbit is provided "as-is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for indirect damages or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the app after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
